IMAGE INNOVATIONS was founded in 1992 by Jerry Shearer who has been in the printing business for almost 45 years. Starting out on the presses as a young boy Jerry dedicated his life to the printing industry, working up to 80 hours a week.

He now has become one of the top managers of a renown Printing Company (Harbour Printing) as well as owning his own business. Most people in the Printing business from Ontario, Canada know of Jerry and that he's the man to get things done.

Jerry has also broadened his horizons with IMAGE INNOVATIONS in putting out Web-Sites with the help of his son Blake, now being able to cover everything in the Graphic Art Industry

In 1440, German inventor Johannes Gutenberg invented a Printing Press process that, with refinements and increased mechanization, remained the principle means of printing until the late 20th century

The inventor's method of printing from moveable type, including the use of metal molds and alloys a special press and oil-based inks, allowed for the first time the mass production of printed books.

Nowadays, the Printing Industry has boomed with Graphic-Arts being used in everything to market products,whether it's on Billboards, newspapers or on product containers such as a can of soup or a package of razors, e.t.c.

Printing Presses have also evolved,using lasers for precision and detail now being able to meet the ongoing demand of Graphic-Art promotion
